Cotton Web Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Assistant Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our stitching lines. This role plays a crucial part in driving quality, productivity, and operational efficiency across multiple lines. The Sr. Assistant Manager will manage a team of 10 individuals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that production goals are consistently met while maintaining high standards of quality. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, enabling them to effectively coordinate with various departments and implement successful improvements based on performance metrics.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across multiple stitching lines, ensuring that production schedules are met efficiently.
Drive quality and productivity improvements to meet and exceed production goals, while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
Monitor performance metrics including productivity rates, defect rates, and machine efficiency, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and quality, fostering a culture of operational excellence within the team.
Provide leadership and development opportunities for the team, including training and mentorship to improve skills and performance.
Facilitate effective communication within the stitching lines, ensuring that team members are informed of production updates, changes, and best practices.
Address and resolve any production issues or challenges promptly, applying problem-solving skills to maintain workflow efficiency.
Evaluate and generate reports on production output and quality metrics, presenting findings to upper management for strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
