Lead Costing & Budgeting

Cotton Web Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Costing & Budgeting professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee the costing and budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency across our operations in the apparel and garments manufacturing export-oriented sector. With a required experience of at least 8 years, you will leverage your expertise in cost estimation, budget management, and financial analysis to establish reliable cost structures and foster sustainable budgeting practices. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 5 professionals, guiding them in financial data interpretation and analysis to drive cost-effective strategies that align with our company's goals.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough cost estimations to assure accurate pricing strategies for product development and manufacturing.
Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets that align with operational objectives, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
Perform in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and forecast future costs, supporting informed decision-making.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create structured financial models and reports, enhancing data-driven insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate cost data, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all financial reporting.
Establish and enforce cost control measures to monitor and maintain budget compliance throughout the production cycle.
Lead a team of 5 professionals, providing mentorship and direction to enhance team performance in financial tasks.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing budgeting outcomes and financial forecasts.
Analyze market trends and economic conditions that could impact budget strategies and cost management.
Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering insights on financial performance and productivity improvements.
