Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help establish a centralized marketing department for the parent company. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to promote our companies, products and services, develop and manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and execute social media advertisements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer behavior.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, including social media posts, email campaigns, audio and video content.
Manage the company's social media presence and customer engagement.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Write copy for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Analyze marketing metrics and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Support sales efforts by creating marketing collateral and sales tools.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role with experience in paid social media advertising, graphic designing, or copywriting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
Additional weightage to be given to experience in graphic designing or copywriting.
Proficiency in google suite, popular marketing, automation and communication tools.
Experience with social media management and advertising.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
