Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and promote our solar products and services.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and answer customer questions.
Schedule appointments for in-home consultations or virtual meetings with our sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
