We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
