Currently, we are looking for Senior Finance Officer to manage vendor payments, analysis of payments, and invoicing follow-up with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement tax policies and strategies according to US Law.
Requires tax planning and reporting, including the filling of corporate tax returns.
Preparing quarterly and annual tax compliance
Ensuring that tax returns are filed in accordance with tax authorities.
Complete the daily sales report and submit it to the supervisor to review daily on or before the daily set deadline.
To assist the Finance Manager with matters relating to accounts.
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, weekly lodgments, analysis of payments and invoicing.
Must have knowledge of Reconciliation of accounts as required.
Creating and dispatching purchase orders and invoices.
Schedule periodic follow-ups with customers and vendors via phone and email for pending payments.
Hands on experience of Quick Books Online.
Knowledge of US Based tax.

Required skills and Qualification:

Extensive knowledge of accounting methods, tax laws, and audits
Strong written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or related field
Ability to work in Night Shift
Experience in Quick Books online.
