The Salvation Army Pakistan

The Salvation Army is a Christian organization, who began working in Pakistan in 1883, and provides services and facilities across the country, including community health programmes, orphanages and children's homes, rehabilitation services for the disabled, schools, and boarding hostels, as well as gender based health, literacy, and skill development.

The Territory consists of 131 Corps, 568 societies, 7 institutions, 3 schools and 5 Training and Resource Centers. More than 500 Salvation Army officers and staff are stationed full-time in Pakistan. 55919 people have been enrolled as Soldiers, 11583 are Adherents and there are 14454 Junior Soldiers.
