The Elbow Room and its subsidiary – Adam Hotels & Resorts – specialise in providing management consultancies with particular focus on the hospitality industry. Within the past decade, ER has grown into a chain of eight fine-dining restaurants in three major cities of Pakistan, while expanding to include catering and training programmes in the ambit of our specialities. With over 100 years of collective experience, our senior board members have provided their services to hotels and restaurants in five different countries, from Ireland to Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan.
