As Director Marketing and Admission I am reporting directly to the Chairmen, under main responsibilities of Student Recruitment, Marketing and Communication with strategic leadership, planning, coordination, and evaluation of all aspects of off-campus recruitment, outreach, and communications to contribute to the enrollment of academically excellent and culturally, ethnically, economically, geographically, religiously, and socially diverse undergraduate and graduate students.

• Developing, implementing, and managing university’s strategic marketing and communication campaign to promote undergraduate degree programs, increase applications and impact yield
• Leading the conceptualization, production of all print and digital communications, including publications, brochures, reports, email and portal announcements, and website content development.
• Direct and supervise admissions office activities to ensure the provision of quality service to students and applicants and other stakeholders of the office.
• Monitor admission procedure to ensure best practice response time to processing applications and supporting all elements of the selection process.
• Established relationships with academies & colleges administrators, counsellors, and teachers, admission representatives and transfer advisors to facilitate the recruitment of students
• Prepared and disseminates administrative & other reports to University leadership on recruiting; analyses and interprets statistics, data, and plans strategies to address areas of concern as illustrated by these data including designing supplemental events or outreach as needed.
• Oversee the development and implementation of communication and information tools to prospective students.
• Finalization and Execution of Admissions Framework, Processes/ Procedures, Admission Tools and Implementation Plan
• Plan and conduct need base training workshops with students & staff on personal and professional grooming
• Conceptualize, design and plan the Office of Admissions, its related policies, procedures and structure
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities including planning, assigning and directing work of subordinates, including appraising their performance, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Maintain an effective system of communication in department and motivate staff for achieving the goals.
• Conducting and reporting admission and recruitment trend analysis.
• Train and supervise admission counselors and all support staff within the Office of Admissions
