PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Source suitable candidates as per the provided JD using online portals such as CV Library, Indeed, Linkedin and company's internal CV database.
2- Posting job adverts on job boards and observing them regularly. Shortlist candidates who apply on the job advertisements and forward to the senior management for further review.
3- Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on the quality of their answers and job suitability.
4- Scheduling interviews
5- Sending out interview reminders to the candidates to make sure they attend the interview.
6- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other related documents.
7- Conduct thorough background checks, previous employment reference checks etc.
8- Conducting thorough document checks and making sure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
9- Maintain a recruitment log with details of every candidate on every stage of their recruitment process.
10- Work on any recruitment and/or HR-related reports with accuracy.
11- Any other recruitment and HR-related tasks assigned by the senior management.
