We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with 2-3 years of experience in the field, particularly in graphic design, social media management, and advertising. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, managing social media campaigns, and building relationships with clients in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
Social Media Ads: Plan, create, and optimize social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach and performance.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building techniques to improve Google rankings. They must also be proficient in managing and optimizing Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, with a focus on maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with UK-based clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through consistent communication and reporting.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the senior management to produce creative content (blogs, newsletters, etc.) aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on graphic design, social media ads, and management.
Client Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with clients, particularly in the UK.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
