At Cogent Labs, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Social Media Manager to join our team. We're passionate about technology, innovation, and creating a strong digital presence to reach our audience effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with our brand's objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor and manage online community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in social media and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and targeting strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a corporate or agency setting.
- Minimum 1 year of Experience
- Proficiency in utilizing major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging and error-free content.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking, and an eye for design, understanding how to create visually appealing content.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- A portfolio showcasing previous social media work and campaign results.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with paid advertising on social media platforms.
