You will support the expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or a related field, eager to grow their career and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and outreach.
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential value and alignment with company goals.
- Client Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development:
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other documents required for client pitches and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and company objectives.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, working to resolve them promptly and professionally.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze market data and feedback to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on business development activities, lead progress, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales pipeline and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business development processes and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce and hubspot) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
