As a Business Development professional at Coders Technology, you play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our new software house. Your primary responsibility is to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, while establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients. Leveraging your skills in market research and customer relationship management, you will develop effective strategies to attract businesses and promote our innovative software solutions. Although this position does not require you to manage a team, your contributions will be vital to achieving our overall business goals through dedicated efforts in client acquisition and retention. You are expected to have a solid base of experience, ideally around two years, in business development or a related field. In this role, you will conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and client needs. You will also utilize your customer relationship management skills to ensure effective communication with potential clients. The position operates on a commission-based model, incentivizing you to drive results and contribute to the success of the company. Successful candidates will demonstrate initiative, a proactive approach to client engagement, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through technology.
Responsibilities

  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build professional connections.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding client needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Continuously improve personal sales skills and techniques through training and development opportunities.
