We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Expert who can make strategies for our brand and generate massive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing social media marketing campaigns for our clothing brand in the USA market. They should possess exceptional analytical abilities to generate substantial sales and leads while consistently achieving competitive results.

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates for our clothing brand.
Plan, create, and oversee all social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, google, Twitter) to drive sales and lead generation.
Conduct in-depth market research, analyze trends, and identify target audience behaviors to optimize campaign targeting and content strategies.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business goals effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to implement innovative and effective strategies.
Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on the USA market, preferably within the clothing or fashion industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully executing social media campaigns that resulted in significant sales and lead generation.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
