We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in outdoor settings. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential clients in outdoor environments, including trade shows, community events, and client visits.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in outdoor markets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outdoor campaigns with sales initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
