  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands. 

  • Coordinate production workflow for multiple products. 

  • Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to optimize productivity. 

  • Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards. 

  • Conduct regular inspections of products to identify defects or deviations. 

  • Implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues. 

  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. 

  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials. 

  • Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and reduce costs. 

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. 

  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of production areas. 

  • Promote a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols among production staff. 

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation. 

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. 

  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements and skills: 

  • 3 -Years Proven experience as a Production Officer, Production Coordinator, or similar role in a manufacturing environment. 

  • Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control principles. 

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field. 

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and 14001 (Environmental Management) will be preferred.
