Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads and prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline, aiming to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Present and pitch company products or services to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Address any client concerns and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams to define business development strategies and set clear goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Track performance against sales targets, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Use CRM systems to document sales activities, monitor client interactions, and maintain records of communications.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to improve sales strategies and execution.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the company’s business network.
  • Build partnerships with other organizations, resellers, and industry leaders.

Qualifications & Skill:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is typically preferred.
  •  2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Pervious Experience in the Paint, Inks, chemical Industry will be preferred.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and close sales deals.
  • Experience in B2B sales and negotiations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas, engage with clients, and negotiate.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple sectors, including clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to research market trends, identify emerging business opportunities, and understand customer needs.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads, sales activity, and client interactions.
  • Ability to assess client needs, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions.
