ClearPath Orthodontics is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Lahore. This role is essential for driving our digital marketing efforts through data-driven strategies and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in performance marketing, a knack for managing campaigns across multiple channels, and a passion for delivering measurable results. This role involves developing and executing strategies to maximize ROI, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously refining marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including search engines, social media, and display advertising.
Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance, track and report on metrics, and generate actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment and achieve financial targets.
Implement split testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and user engagement.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar.
Experience with split testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance enhancement techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
