We are seeking an Office Boy for their Karachi office to handle the following responsibilities:

Welcome visitors to the office.
Maintain an inventory of office supplies
Answer phones
Take and distribute accurate messages
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
Fax, scan, and copy documents
All tasks assigned by Manager Admin administratively
