Civitech Solutions Australia is a leading company in the Telecommunications market, specializing in fixed and wireless network construction, deployment, and maintenance. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Fixed Network team. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager to effectively manage and coordinate all project activities to ensure business and project objectives are met. Required for a long-term project, this position offers excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting Operations Manager in day-to-day Project delivery activities
Ensuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with the requirements including safety, quality and Project delivery.
Prepare documents, reports and construction communications as required.
Work with field teams and assist with design and construction team members as required to meet operational deliverables.
Develop and maintain a thorough fixed network technologies, construction methods and material requirements.
Assist resolution of site-based design and construction variations efficiently as they arise.
Claims management.

Skills and Experience

Must have previous work experience working on telecom projects
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general Microsoft Applications
Exposure to other design or project management software preferred but not essential
An interest in communications and information technology
