Cipher Developments is a dynamic software development company, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and ensure the highest standards in customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough quality assessments on sales calls to evaluate adherence to scripting, compliance, and customer service standards.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to identify training needs and develop targeted improvement plans.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom products, promotions, and industry regulations.
Generate insightful reports on call quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in quality assurance is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

English fluency is a must (Read, Write, Speak), since you will be dealing with US based customers.
