Performance Marketing Specialist

We are a scaling brand in super luxury western style street wear - looking for an exceptional performance marketing professional, to help us create and implement innovative paid advertising campaigns and strategies. Goal is to grow customer base, drive quality and targeted traffic to our website, and engage with potential customers with creative content.

Responsibilities

Creating and optimising campaigns across the digital landscape (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Performing A/B testing and optimising ROI
Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns
Setting up and optimising google analytics goals and conversion/tracking pixels
Measuring, refining & reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals
Identifying trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
Managing Shopify website and work closely with creative & merchandising team to align on content strategies and key dates in the marketing calendar (product launches, promotions etc.)
Leading CRM strategy to increase customers and drive loyalty, schedule emails, and customer segmentations.
Analysing and reporting on KPIs weekly, identifying opportunities to drive growth and make recommendations.
Staying up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

Minimum bachelors’ degree in marketing, communication, or related field
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in performance marketing and overall digital marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Proficient in marketing automation tools
Strong project management skills
Worked for a start-up/scale-up D2C brand, ideally Luxury, Fashion or Retail
Experience working with a higher price point
Budget management experience
Experience managing websites is a bonus - ideally Shopify
Data driven and ability to convert insights into actions
