Role and Responsibilities

Create and prepare all necessary export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
Ensure all export documentation meets regulatory requirements and international trade laws, including customs regulations and trade restrictions.
Work closely with logistics and shipping companies to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to international customers.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve documentation issues and ensure smooth shipment processes.
Maintain accurate records of export documentation and shipment details for auditing and compliance purposes.
Stay updated on changes in export regulations and documentation requirements to ensure compliance.
Use relevant software and tools for documentation preparation and management.
Handle any discrepancies or challenges related to export documentation, such as incorrect paperwork or shipping delays.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of computer.

Qualifications

B.Com
Fresh, no experience required.
