Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Site Engineer with exceptional leadership abilities to join our expanding team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing various aspects of construction projects and overseeing team members. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to demonstrate analytical and logical thinking skills.

Preparing estimate for time & material costs.
Completing quality assurance checks.
Observing health and safety standards.
Creating a work schedule that meets project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

· Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
6-8 years of proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
Sound knowledge of engineering, construction, and design principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with international experience will be given preference.
Proficient in construction software and its functionalities.
