Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, and more.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and execute design projects from start to finish.
- Support the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Take feedback from senior designers and make necessary adjustments to improve design quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design skills.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Previous internship or work experience in a design role.
