Tenant Search:
- Assist tenants in finding suitable properties that align with their requirements and budget.
Landlord Services:
- Assist landlords in marketing their properties, finding qualified tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
Lease Negotiation:
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rent, lease duration, renewal options, and other relevant clauses.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure that lease agreements comply with local laws and regulations, protecting the interests of both parties.
Documentation:
- Draft and review lease documents to ensure clarity and accuracy in terms of the agreed-upon conditions.
Client Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the leasing process, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed.
Conflict Resolution:
