Marketing and Social Media Management:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with our community.
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and promotions, tailored to our target audience.

Graphic Design:

Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital content.
Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and messaging.

Customer Representation:

Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about our services, fees, and programs.
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in marketing and social media management.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends.
Basic knowledge of child care regulations and services (preferred but not essential).
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
