Maintain attendance & visitor registers for employees and for guests with date, time, address and telephone numbers. Will also ensure that concern person/department is timely informed whom visitor has come for.
Maintain IN/OUT registers for raw materials and other plant purchases.
Will prepare receiving reports of all incoming items/materials mentioning all details and source.
Ensure no material goes out of factory without proper gate pass duly signed by HOD.
Will take pictures of all incoming and outgoing items and will take pictures of vehicles/trawlers (carrying raw material) showing No. plate.
Will check the alertness of outsource security guard and monitor their rotation. Will inform security supervisor for absent/missing guard during their shift.
Ensure that security guards do not open the gate for unknown personal/vehicle without prior approval of gate keeper.
Will manage traffic discipline inside factory during their shift and ensure that parking of transporters vehicle should not obstruct production operation of loader, lifter & tractors with trolley.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches and discuss the same with admin manager and give recommendations for improvement.
Ensure collection of documents specially NIC of a new comer daily wager and submitting it with admin department
