Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that cater to the developmental needs of young learners.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, exploration, and engagement.
Implement a well-rounded curriculum that focuses on cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
Foster strong communication and collaboration with parents to ensure a holistic learning experience for each child.
Observe and assess students' progress, identifying areas of improvement and addressing individual learning needs.
Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Provide a safe and supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to express themselves.
Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance the learning process.
Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and behavior.
Keep up-to-date with developments in early childhood education and implement best practices in the classroom.
