Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Wholesale Sourcing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in sourcing high-quality products for our eCommerce platform. As a Wholesale Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure we maintain a diverse and competitive product inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential suppliers and manufacturers to expand our product range.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for iZonefy.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers, including monitoring performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and product performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to product sourcing.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management on sourcing activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in wholesale sourcing, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with market research and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
