We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer From Paint Industry to join our team at Butt Paint Industry.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of paint products, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the paint industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Butt Paint Industry's products to prospective and existing customers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold-calling to generate leads and secure new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the paint industry.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to customers as needed.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide regular updates to the sales manager or management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and pricing strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Represent Butt Paint Industry at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
