RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Have the ability to attract suitable candidates through different social media platforms
2. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
3. Identifying hiring needs and preparing suitable Job Descriptions for the vacant positions
4. Have the ability to screen suitable candidates for related positions
5. Have the ability to conduct smooth telephonic interviews
6. Organize and take part in Physical interview procedures as required
7. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
8. Prepare and report daily about hiring
