About the Role:

This Role is Remote:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to serve as the Personal Assistant to our CEO, providing critical support in managing business contracts, negotiations, and legal matters. You will be the CEO's right-hand person, offering a unique blend of organizational skills, legal acumen, and business awareness to navigate complex transactions and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
    • Review and analyze incoming contracts, identifying key terms and potential red flags.
    • Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
    • Maintain comprehensive records and databases for all contracts and legal documents.
    • Research and compile market data to inform strategic negotiation decisions.
  • Negotiation Support:
    • Prepare meeting materials and briefings for the CEO on upcoming negotiations.
    • Assist with developing negotiation strategies and crafting compelling arguments.
    • Manage communication during negotiations, ensuring clarity and alignment with company goals.
    • Draft and finalize agreements under CEO's direction.
  • Legal Assistance:
    • Liaise with external legal counsel, coordinating meetings and information exchange.
    • Manage compliance with relevant regulations and legal guidelines.
    • Stay informed about legal updates and potential risks impacting company operations.
  • General Executive Support:
    • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings efficiently.
    • Arrange travel and transportation, ensuring seamless logistics.
    • Handle email and phone calls with discretion and professionalism.
    • Research and prepare information on various topics relevant to the CEO's interests and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal or business support role, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and business terminology.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complex tasks independently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and a high degree of professionalism are essential.
