• The HR Manager at Business Hunterz plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce strategies and ensuring that human resource policies align with our business objectives. This position requires an expert in leadership, conflict resolution, and employee engagement, focusing on the enhancement of workplace culture and development of HR policies. The HR Manager oversees a dynamic team of 10 professionals, facilitating effective recruitment processes, compliance with labor regulations, and the implementation of performance management systems. With at least 3 years of experience in the HR field, the successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of best practices in human resources and leverage this knowledge to foster a productive and compliant work environment. In this role, the HR Manager is responsible for creating an inclusive culture that promotes employee well-being and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to resolve conflicts and support organizational development initiatives. They will work collaboratively with management to identify staffing needs, streamline the recruitment process, and support performance evaluations. The HR Manager's expertise will guide the team in maintaining compliance with employment laws while fostering an environment conducive to employee growth and retention.

Responsibilities
