Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire all teams to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations of all the teams, ensuring optimal staffing levels, adherence to quality standards, and efficient handling.
- Implement strategies to maximize productivity and streamline processes.
Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team performance.
- Develop action plans based on performance data to improve future performance.
Training and Development:

Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.

Communication and Collaboration:

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Liaise with other departments to address cross-functional issues and ensure effective communication channels.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of operational experience as a Floor Manager
Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
