We are looking for recruiters to work in the Night Shift

Are you seeking an opportunity to work hard and have fun in a fast paced dynamic industry? If you are confident, possess excellent communication skills and like working with people and being able to offer them rewarding opportunities, then this opportunity could be for you.

Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employers’ vacancy;
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer;
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs

Timing: 7:00 PM PST to 4:00 AM PST

Salary:

Market Competitive depending upon years of relevant experience PKR/monthly, plus excellent bonus.
