Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar call dispatching role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficient in using dispatch software and related tools.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
6. Familiarity with the geography of Canada, especially in the context of taxi services.
