Responsibilities

Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment of stock.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 20+ employees to provide exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
Implement and enforce company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines to maintain organizational integrity.
Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies and maximize profitability.
Ensure that product displays and merchandising align with Breakouts branding and marketing strategies.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and maintain robust inventory control procedures to minimize losses and inefficiencies.
Address and resolve escalated customer queries, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and enhancing customer loyalty.
Generate and analyze comprehensive reports on inventory, sales figures, and team performance metrics for senior management review.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages team collaboration and professional growth.
