Department: Events & Holiday Booking & Travel

Reports To: Owner / Manager, Online-remote

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Holiday Booking and Travel. This includes answering customer inquiries, booking travel arrangements, and providing customer service as well as suggesting alternatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate in English easily.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Maintain customer records
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
