Configure Network/VoIP/IP-TV CPE Devices (Router/ONU/ONT/Switches/ATA/STB)
Troubleshoot network/fiber issues faced by the customer
Visit onsite to fix customer's issues if needed

Networking hands-on experience
IP/Netmask/Gateway/Router/Repeater/CPE/IP-phone/Mobile Apps etc.
