Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
2. Market Research Expertise:
- Lead in-depth market research to identify outsourcing industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Utilize market insights for targeted marketing campaigns and effective product/service positioning.
3. Team Management and Development:
- Build and lead a collaborative and innovative marketing team.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understand client goals and business needs, ensuring satisfaction.
5. Budget Planning and Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for optimal resource allocation and ROI maximization.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure marketing success.
- Make data-driven decisions for future marketing strategies.
7. Industry Trends Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing strategies.
- Ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
8. Agency Model Growth:
- Contribute to the expansion of BPO Wizard's agency model, aligning sales & marketing efforts with the evolving business structure.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on market research.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker who can translate objectives and strategies into concrete plans and deliverables.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Broader exposure to different marketing practices and industries.
- Capable of managing multiple, deadline-sensitive projects with a high level of quality.
- Expertise in marketing strategy, branding, segmentation, demand, and lead generation.
- Experience in developing and executing websites and marketing campaigns required.
- Experience with SEO, analytics, and MarTech stack.
