We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Hami, an AI-powered healthcare platform integrating patient management, LLM-driven summaries, speech recognition, and multilingual capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, LLM, Front-End, QA), and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features.

The role requires a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, healthcare workflows, and Agile methodologies to deliver a robust and scalable platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare, AI-driven platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Proven experience in managing AI/ML-powered applications and large-scale Agile projects.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and conversational AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, SOAP notes, EMRs, and patient intake processes.
  • Excellent skills in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams in parallel.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with speech recognition, multilingual AI models, or LLM fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • MBA or Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, CSPO).

Responsibilities

 

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define the overall product vision and strategic roadmap for Hami, aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities and KPIs for MVP launch and subsequent releases.
  • Communicate the products evolution and value proposition to stakeholders and teams.

Roadmap & Backlog Management:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog with user stories, features, and epics aligned with Hami's goals.
  • Definesprint goals and work closely with Scrum teams to deliver critical milestones.
  • Maintain arelease plan that balances short-term deliverables with long-term vision.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with UI/UX, LLM Engineers, Front-End Developers, and QA Teams to execute parallel workstreams effectively.
  • Ensure designs and AI integrations are prepared 1 sprint ahead to enable smooth development.
  • Coordinate acrossAI/ML, speech recognition, and back-end services to manage dependencies.

Product Development & Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end development of features such as:
  • Patient Visit Summary Management
  • SOAP Notes and Intake Process Optimization
  • AI-based Intent-Based Summaries and Follow-Up LLM
  • Multilingual speech/text (Urdu/English) Recognition
  • Work with QA teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans (manual, automation, guardrails).
  • Conduct regular sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison between leadership, technical teams, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Deliver consistent updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage expectations around timelines and feature trade-offs.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive feature enhancements.
  • Monitorperformance metrics (accuracy, latency, engagement rates, etc.) to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Identify areas for optimization, scalability, and AI performance improvements.
