Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for brochures, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with our brand strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines across all materials.
- Prepare and optimize design files for production and digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
