We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team and drive success for our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, developing innovative digital marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Bring a creative approach to projects, working closely with internal teams to develop innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Demonstrate strong research skills to gather insights, trends, and industry best practices to inform strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of digital marketing techniques, platforms, and tools to develop and execute effective campaigns that drive results.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources and workflows across different departments, including creative, content, advertising, and analytics teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, pitch new ideas, and secure contract renewals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in client management, communication, and project execution.
  •  Provide guidance and feedback to graphic designers, account managers, and other creative team members to ensure high-quality and on-brand visual assets are produced within project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital account management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
