Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential B2B clients in the plastic containers industry, focusing on diverse sectors including food, pharmaceuticals, paint, cooking oil, and pesticides.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of plastic container needs within these industries.
  3. Build and maintain a database of key contacts within target organizations in the specified sectors.
  4. Initiate and conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, tailoring approaches for food, pharmaceutical, paint, cooking oil, and pesticide companies.
  5. Establish and nurture strong business relationships with key decision-makers in the mentioned sectors.
  6. Present and promote the company's plastic container products and services effectively, addressing the unique requirements of clients in food, pharmaceuticals, paint, cooking oil, and pesticides.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals for clients within the specified industries.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences related to food, pharmaceuticals, paints, cooking oil, and pesticides to expand the network and stay updated on industry developments.
  9. Achieve sales targets within the specified industries and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  10. Provide regular reports on market feedback, competitor activities, and sales progress in food, pharmaceuticals, paint, cooking oil, and pesticide sectors.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastic containers or related industry with exposure to food, pharmaceuticals, paint, cooking oil, and pesticide sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of the plastic manufacturing sector and its applications in diverse industries.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to conduct thorough market research and identify business opportunities within the specified sectors.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software for efficient lead management.
  7. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, particularly within the food, pharmaceutical, paint, cooking oil, and pesticide sectors.
