Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced On-Site Factory Supervisor to oversee all operations at our furniture manufacturing facility near Hasanabdal. This on-site position requires a hands-on leader who is committed to managing every aspect of the factory, including administration, production, human resources, inventory management, and security. The ideal candidate will ensure the factory runs smoothly, protect the premises, safeguard inventory and personnel, and foster a positive, efficient work environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing or fabrication, as well as relevant qualifications in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration:

Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
Maintain accurate records of factory activities, including production, inventory, and staffing.

Production Supervision:

Supervise the production process to ensure that daily production targets are met.
Monitor and control production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient workflow.

Human Resources Management:

Assist in recruiting, training, and managing factory staff.
Address staff concerns and promote a positive and safe working environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and encourage development.

Inventory Management:

Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels to prevent production delays.

Security & Staff Welfare:

Ensure the security of the factory premises and assets.
Promote employee welfare initiatives and address safety and health requirements.

Plant & Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee routine maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate repairs and ensure that all equipment meets operational standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Liaise with local regulatory authorities to ensure compliance labor and related regulations.
Maintain up-to-date records of all regulatory requirements and inspections.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of production, HR, inventory management, and maintenance practices.
Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
