We are looking for a Cost Accountant who has to work out of our furniture production factory located in Burhan near Wah Cantt. We are seeking a Certified Management Accountant (ICMA) / part qualified person with 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Costing, Cost Calculation and Analysis
• Standard Cost calculation and updating
• Fixed overheads and variable overheads allocation.
• Direct & Indirect labour cost allocation
• Preparation of BoM
• Maintaining inventory Valuation
• Monthly inventory stock-taking and variances
• Conduct inventory verification and reporting
• Forecasting and Analysis
• Fixed assets and depreciation accounting
Requirements
- Experience with calculating costing manually using Microsoft excel and able to digitalize the process as he makes progress
- Must possess ability to do material and activity-based costing versus standard costs, variance analysis, overheads allocation methodology calculation and follow-ups with financial reports
- Should have strong analytical skill, be curious with a structured mindset and a drive for simplification
- Positive attitude, ability to grasp/adapt the environment and must be a Good Team Player.
