We're a leading digital marketing agency seeking an exceptional Customer Sales Executive (Caller) to join our team in Lahore. As a Caller, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and upselling existing ones in the USA market.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through outbound calls to potential clients in the USA
Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing) to clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements
Develop and present customized solutions to clients
Negotiate and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

Requirements:

O/A Level education preferred
1-2 years of sales experience (digital marketing industry experience a plus)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to work night shifts (7pm-4am)

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience working with CRM software
Familiarity with sales analytics tools
