You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the U.S. on behalf of a digital marketing agency. The role involves initiating contact with prospects, generating leads, and setting up meetings or consultations for the sales team. Your primary goal will be to communicate the agency’s services, establish relationships, and help expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. market to promote digital marketing services.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Qualify leads by gathering pertinent information and passing them to the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings or follow-up calls between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for cold calls and lead generation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and rejections professionally.
  • Stay updated on the company's service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in an international market.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle rejections confidently.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing) is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
